Maine Pointe East MHP

The Maine Pointe East MHP was one of our toughest projects to date. The park was severely mismanaged due to the operating partner passing away and leaving it for several years to a disinterested partner. The sellers CPA reached out to us knowing we bought MHPs. He said his client was looking to exit the property and they gave us a ballpark number they felt it was worth. We ended up signing a contract at around half of their original number. It turned out to be a great deal but it had many challenges as we took on 41 park owned homes all in very poor condition.
