North Park MHP

The North Park MHP is a 34 lot park located on a great intersection. The property has a small used car lot and sales office on the west side. This property likely has a better use than a mobile home park due to its location and layout however we plan to keep it operating as a MHP for the time being. How we found this property is a long story but it was off market direct to seller. It was purchased along with our El Rancho Vista Estates park.
