Oakwood MHP

The Oakwood MHP was another off market deal direct to seller. The seller of this park bought it at the same auction we purchased our Warren Barrett MHP at. In hindsight, we wished we would have bought this one at the time of the auction. Even though we paid substantially more to the seller than what he paid at the auction, we still sold this for a very handsome profit as part of a four park portfolio sale early 2023.
