Warren Barrett MHP

The Warren Barrett MHP was the first park we ever bought and it was an incredible deal. It was being auctioned by a local auctioneer who did little to no advertising. At the time, we didn't realize how valuable this park was and in hindsight, we would have paid double or even triple what we paid. The park was 100% direct bill to tenants on all utilities. This park operated under a 25% expense ratio! If we regret selling any property, this would be the one.
